[orca-list] Where to fine information on making applications accessible

Where do I find information on wht I need to do if I want an application 
to work with orca.  The application could be written in anything from 
python to C++ and should run in gnome, unity, etc.  I have looked on the 
internet and I have found nothing that tells me what I need to do to make 
it accessible i.e wht events, what api etc.
