[orca-list] Should Orca announce when entering and/or exiting lists, tables, etc. during caret navigation?

Hey all.

Subject pretty much says it all. Right now, in web content, if you arrow
into a list or table, Orca does not tell you that you've just entered a
list or a table. Likewise, when you arrow out of such an object, Orca
doesn't tell you that either. Is this a good thing or a bad thing? <smiles>
