It seems the way notifications are presented have changed
At least that's what I read on Fedora's web site.
May be that has some impact on accessibility of nitifications, good, badd or nothing at all.
There must be surely some things to look out though.
I haven't tryed so far but will try Fedora 22 work station and let the list know.
