[orca-list] trouble with flat review

Hi,

I'm having trouble with flat review in gnome-control-center. At least in 
my jhbuild environment, when I go into the "region and language" screen 
and enter flat review, orca sees an "all settings" button and nothing 
else--trying to go to the next or previous line reads nothing. Does 
someone know what might cause this? Should I file a bug against orca? I'm 
not really sure where I'd start in terms of debugging. It's annoying me 
because I added a Spanish keyboard in order to fix a non-a11y bug for my 
day job, it appears that I need to mouse-click a button in order to delete 
the keyboard I added, and I can't seem to switch to a US keyboard, either, 
since pressing meta+space makes me lose speech (I'm not sure if this is 
another bug somewhere or if it's something odd with my jhbuild 
environment).
