For a talking live installer (cli or gui), but with the Arch software 
set, best use Sonar GNU/Linux.

You'll get a little more than you might want, but can remove the 
unwanted stuff after install.  I think some sort of talking installer 
that lets user set up the discs and select package groups would be great!
