Espeak-ng is said to retain API compatibility with upstream Espeak, but
in order to allow both to coexist on the same machine, it can't be
built unmodified and work correctly with speech-dispatcher. Some post-
install symlinks need to be created in order for it to replace upstream
Espeak.
