[orca-list] Capitalization Sound Icons Question

Hi list,
I was wondering if there is a way to set the capitalization icon sound 
to only play when navigating by character. When reading by line, or when 
using say all, it's annoying to hear it click for every line. Is this 
something that can be configured in Orca, or is this a limitation of 
Speech-Dispatcher?
