[orca-list] Webchat freenode accessibility

Hi,

With NVDA, I can access without problems to the freenode webchat. URL: 
https://webchat.freenode.net/

I fill the form, then for the captcha I use audio or webvisum.

But with Orca 3.18, the page is not read at alle. Why and is it  a bug? 
It seems it is not more complicated than javascript text, so I do not 
understand what is the issue.
