[orca-list] has something radically changed in master?

I was trying to get orca master to test the new changes, but I get the
following message which I have never gotten before:
./autogen.sh  --prefix=/usr --mandir=/usr/share/man 2>&1 |tee config.err
aclocal-1.12: error: --install should copy macros in the directory
indicated by the
aclocal-1.12: first -I option, but no -I was supplied
Try installing the 'automake' package.

I have lots of automake packages install the latest is 1.15.  I am
running gntoo very much up to date.


Any suggestions would be appreciated.
