[orca-list] A Libreoffice Writer and Calc related small issue, Orca skyp speaking Window title related informations when the apps is launched

Hi,

Latest master branch of Orca version if I launching Libreoffice Calc and 
Writer, Orca doesn't announce new loaded Libreoffice Writer or 
Libreoffice Calc title and window related informations.
I launch Libreoffice Writer and Calc a GNOME custom shortcut, but if I 
in Terminal launch Libreoffice app and select Writer document or Calc 
spreadsheet buttons, same result happening.
Orca speaks only the blank text, and if checked the tutorial message 
only speaks the text box related tutorial message. So, Orca skyp 
Libreoffice apps title and frame speaking now.
This is right and this is a wanted change?

I attaching a debug.out file.
With debug.out file the braille and speech generation related parts 
beginning after the 1053 line and ending the 1152 line for Libreoffice 
Writer.

I using Ubuntu 14.04, Libreoffice 5.0 release and Orca master branch 
version.
