Hello,
There are two commands with no keybindings bound to them on the 
keybindings tab within the screen reader preferences dialog.
One of them is called copy flat review content to clipboard and the 
other is called append flat review content to clipboard.
In order to make some good use out of this you need to navigate using 
flat review. The flat review unit you have just navigated to will be 
copied or appended to clipboard as you execute one of these actions. 
e.g. if you press numpad 5 you can copy the current word into clipboard.
