Hi Joanie,
yes the behaviour is the same.
You have to tab twice, enter username, tab to password and hit enter.
The enxt screen which has open dropbox is a bit hard, wait a bit and hit
enter. I switched away and back to hit enter and it worked.
Using Gnome-orca 3.1.6.2 on Ubuntu Trusty.
