[orca-list] Unity dash not reading after first item

Hi list,
I am wondering if anyone else is experiencing this issue. When I open 
the dash in Ubuntu 15.04 Unity, after searching for an item such as 
startup, the first item in the applications panel reads but other items 
don't. For example, if you search for startup, there are two 
applications that appear. They are Startup Applications and Startup Disk 
Creator. The only choice that reads is Startup applications. In order to 
see Startup Disk Creator, I have to use the where am I command after 
pressing right arrow. On the live CD, this works as expected. This issue 
only shows up after a full install. Does anyone know of a work around?
