I had a similar, if not the same,  problem installing F123 on my Asus 701 
notebook.
It has a Celeron M 900 MHZ processor and 1 GB of RAM.
It has a 4GB SD, but I was just trying a live session to try it out.
I was running it from an SD card.
I installed it onto the card with Universal USB and I selected Arch Manderan 
or whatever that name is.
I will try the SD card on another computer, but it looked like the attempt 
to boot was okay, indicating that my USB burn was okay, as when that goes 
bad, my boot attempts land on a black screen.
I hope this can run on X86 computers.

Very good job, but i Am very unhappy, because live system do not work on
IBM Thinkpad T43 2668 with 512 MB of RAM.

My sighted mother found out, that there is proggress bar which start to
stop on position 5, virtual consoles are working but X server can not be
loaded, no desktop.
I can not login to virtual consoles by typing user name
sonar
passwords
onar

Very strange.
I have checked .iso file with 7zip iso check feature and it works
perfectly, and this algorithm did not find corrupted .iso image.
