If you are currently running Sonar I think we will have the upgrade in a
couple of weeks or so. But if you are already running Sonar you can just
upgrade the whole system reboot and you will then be running gnome 3.14.
Or if you want you can use the iso that we put out at that point and it
will already have gnome 3.14 by default.

Hi.
In regards to ubuntu, I have no idea about it. usually they heavily
lag behind, and you have to do stuff manually, for e.g adding gnome
launchpad repos.
By the way, Debian jessi will also use gnome 3.14.
One of the reasons that they are going back from xfce to gnome is
accessibility as they mentioned, which is amazing.
Regarding sonar, There probably will be an iso, a new release

Is there a way to upgrade to 3.14 on Ubuntu 14.04?
Or do we have to wait for updated Sonar?
For updated Sonar, will there be a new ISO?
Happy hacking.

Hi guys.
As i was crazily tracking gnome's release time, I also want to share
it with you.
Gnome 3.14 is officially released now.
If you use fedora, you can give fedora 21 alpha a try and try gnome
3.14.
If you are on arch like me, you should get the update soon!
If you are on sonar, Kyle stated that next weak sonar gnome will be
updated.
Remember that gnome 3.14 also brings orca 3.14, with all of the
awesome new features that joanie has implemented.
Here's the phorenix article for gnome 3.14 :
