[orca-list] minor issue with orca and lists

hi all. I've just noticed a minor issue with orca and what seems to be
lists, but I'm not completely sure they're lists, as orca doesn't
announce list wtih x items, so I'm just guessing. If a list has
multiple lines, orca will announce blank, after the first line instead
of announcing the next line. I can arrow back up and hear the line. To
reproduce, go to https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/BluRay. Arrow
down until you get to  the heading title aacs decryption process, a
level 5 heading. There will be a list of the decryption process for
bluray. Orca announces 1: The first step of the process, which
continues onto another line. Arrow down, orca announces blank. If you
then arrow down again, orca will announce 2. Arrow back up and you can
hear the line orca just said blank on. And so on. I don't knowif this
is site specific, or an issue with lists in general. I also notice an
issue in mate's file manager that didn't used to be there. In the
properties window of a file, folder, etc, try tabbing around. Orca
will announce, name, and is supposed to announce the name of the file.
Type, file type, etc. Instead it simply says name, selected, but not
the actual contents of that labvbel. This could be a mate issue, and
not an orca issue, how to check? Would a debug log or accerciser help?
