[orca-list] possible bug with orca and gnome 3.13.92 (gnome beta)

Hello all.

Today, i began to test gnome unstable which is in arch repo. I simply 
upgraded my gnome installation.
There seems to be a serious bug with orca and gnome shell; however, I 
have no idea how and where should i report this.
When using alt tab to switch applications, or when using control+alt+tab 
to switch to different parts of gnome, Orca will not announce the names 
of the elements.
So, my keyboard focus actually works, but  Orca will not talk about what 
window or part i am landed.
after i release the shortcut keys, my keyboard focus drop to the window 
or application, and everything works as expected.
Any help would be appreciated with this regarding how to report this 
bug, or If this bug is already reported, please let me know.
