[orca-list] minor issues in accerciser

hi all
I've been trying to use accerciser to get detailed info about mate's
panel, and I've found what appears to be a bug in at-spi. I pressed
control+t to view accerciser in a tree view, and while it is
accessible, kind of, every time you try to arrow down the tree view of
items, orca announces, api browser page tab list, instead of the name
of the item. I can press left and right arrow to go through the
columns, but can't up and down arrow. i'm trying to collect info for
the mate developers, so they can fix some minor a11y issues, including
qt application applets not speaking with orca.
