[orca-list] orca 3.15.1 pre doesn't detect flash

Hi,
previously, when i was using orca 3.10.3, whenever i encounter flash, 
orca said, "text" and i can press enter to click it, and the video 
plays. But when i upgrade to orca 3.15.1, it won't say the text, 
pressing enter won't play the video. Visit here to test:

orca just silents.

btw, the flash is at the bottom of the page. Above the flash is the link 
"Naruto Shippuden Episode 256 English Dubbed option 2".
