could someone maybe try adding the following to script_manager.py?
'iceweasel':  'firefox',
Make sure the indents match. If they don't the next time you try to
start orca it will error out. This shouldn't be necessary, but
iceweasel is after all just a fork of firefox, and maybe orca does
some naming magic to get firefox working properly
