[orca-list] Rrca and KDE

Hi all. I installed KDE in Arch Linux, along with QT-at-spi. The
accessibility environment variable is one. But, how do I get the
desktop to speak? I did research, and I am led to believe that it can
speak. Unless things have changed since about late 2013 in KDE
accessibility.
