Ok, that rules out speakup -- which is good since I'm not familiar with
it. <smiles> Can anyone reliably reproduce it who is not using Arch? And
for those of you using Arch, is it a 100% reliable issue or just an
occasional one?

The reasons for my questions is that I cannot reproduce this issue, but
if we can figure out what I need to do to reliably reproduce and debug
it I'll set up that environment.
