[orca-list] problemas in TB when key echo and echo by character are enabled

Hi all.
This is not new in orca since it is also presente in orca 3.12.2.

To reproduce try the following steps:

1. configure orca so that key echo and echo by character are both enabled.

2. Launch TB and create a new message.

3. In The compose area type some text.

In my machine orca double speak each character that is typed.

I didn't find this behavior in other applications.
