Hi Amir,

As far as i know "dummy" is only the test module from the 
speech-dispatcher. so you can just test speech-dispatcher running correctly.

you can buy viavoice (ibmtts) this is the speech that for exampe is used 
by jaws (for 5 dollars or so). you can also install festival or pico ( 
but pico seems to fail for me if i open firefox). cicero i nerver 
tested, because you have to buy it.
