[orca-list] speech in orca

Hi,
i want to know the following:
show the orca window, go to voices page tab, tab till you find the 
"speech synthesizer: combobox".
i know how espeak sounds, but the rest? can someone explain? i've tried 
dummy but then the synthesizer keeps saying the same things over and 
over again. no matter what i do. got sighted person so fix that. so 
afraid to change it again. so acn anyone explain?
what voice can be used with orca  besides espeak?
