Re: [orca-list] improving dbr daisy book reader

Hi,
The kolibre libs are available as packages under ubuntu 13.04 and I think, later.
If you are on such a platform, apt-cache search kolibre will show them.
The player itself seem to be for raspberry pi, but I think that if one find the source, one can build it for intel.

hi
I'll try building emerson, a cross platform daisy 2/3/epub reader. I think I tried once, but couldn't find a
makefile,
configure, autogen, anything. Any help would be appreciated. I'll also look into the colibre libs. NOt having
to
handcraft an xml parser for daisy 3 would be a big relief, I'm not good in this area at all.
Thanks

I once tried building some oif the amis stuff, but it did not work out.
Now, as stated in another message, kolibre has done that work for us.
I am quite interested in a offline daisy player for linux.
