I was able to reproduce it with that version, yes. And then I went back
and tried with the earlier version and could reproduce it there too,
whereas before I couldn't. So I'm not entirely sure what is triggering
(or failing to trigger) that bug. Regardless, the event listener I
attached to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=956032 should
be sufficient for the Eclipse developers to reproduce the lack of
accessible event without Orca.
