Hi Joanie,

Unfortunately the problem happening too if I selecting only two lines, 
but have three lines a message body.
Testcase:
1. Type the first word with apple hello text. Type the second line with 
hello text, and the third line with apple text.
2. Press CTRL+HOME keystroke.
3. Press SHIFT+DOWN arrow keystroke two time to the first two line is 
selected. First time everithing works right.
4. Press one up arrow key, and repeat the test. Remember, only the first 
two line previous selected.
First time when you press SHIFT+DOWN keystroke Orca will saying the 
second line and not selected message, second time will be spokening the 
second line and selected state message.
Expected result this situation Orca saying first time the first line and 
selected message.
