I'm ok with orca not reading the header if you're moving up/down, but 
when moving left-right, you're crossing columns, and the header is 
useful.  If there's a a row header, I'd expect similar, but with up/down 
announcing header, rather than left-right.  If orca is set to announce 
coordinates, it should do, regardless of headers; they're separate items.
