I am also glad this was done. I never know which links are visited or
unvisited when I wish to navigate to one so I'm glad to hear of this
addition. I used tab in the past but like Joanie said, the tab key
goes through other controls as well. And yes, k and shift-k is a good
choice; at least NVDA uses this key as well.
Hmm, maybe I will alter my VoiceOver configuration so quick nav will
also use these keys too:).

Heh, this change is awesome.
Going back and forth between windows machine running NVDA and linux
machine running orca I was finding my self pressing k and shift+k to
navigate by links in Firefox with Orca.
I considered that to be a minor thing I should rather get used to that
instead of requesting a feature but I appreciate it newertheless.
Greetings
Peter

Oh... What the heck. This change is so small. I just pushed it to the
gnome-3-12 branch too. I'll announce the string change. But we are now,
officially adhering to feature freeze. I mean it this time. <grins>

Hi Joanie.
Perhaps k and shift+k, although tab and shift+tab do the same.
Well, tab and shift+tab of course move you amongst focusable objects
which includes links -- and other stuff. I just added k and shift+k to
master. I'm not going to break feature freeze for it though given we
already have plenty of other ways to navigate amongst links.
