I thought there was a way to lookup the keystrokes available for
structural navigation or (Quick Nav on the Mac) for Orca.

Of course. <smiles> If you want to read before doing/trying, documentation:

1. List of structural navigation commands:
https://help.gnome.org/users/orca/stable/commands_structural_navigation.html
2. Examining and binding/rebinding commands:
https://help.gnome.org/users/orca/stable/howto_key_bindings.html

In addition, you can get into learn mode with Orca+H. Then you'll be
prompted about various things you can do. F3 will put you in a list of
application shortcuts (there you can explore; not rebind. Rebinding is
done only in the Preferences dialog.)

Lastly, to bind/rebind or explore application-specific commands such as
structural navigation, you need to get into the app first.

Hope this helps.
