[orca-list] Structural navigation Keys

I thought there was a way to lookup the keystrokes available for
structural navigation or (Quick Nav on the Mac) for Orca. But now, I
can't find such a list. Is there a way to look these up? If there is a
list, can these be modified at all by the user without altering
program code?

I used to know more about this but I have apparently forgotten this or
there has been enough changes for me to not know anymore:).
