After I reboot my machine, the problem seemed to disappear.
However, after some time of use, the problem came back again.

I still cannot reproduce this. But the traceback suggests that
Thunderbird is not getting back to us quickly enough and the call is
timing out. I just added a sanity check to master which will hopefully
handle that condition more gracefully (i.e. and speak something). But
without being able to reproduce it or debug it myself, I'm not convinced
whatever you are seeing is 100% fixed. In the past, we've had to play
timeout whac-a-mole and this feels like it may be another one of those
times....
Please let me know if you see anything better/different using master.

I doed following testcases and I not see any problem:
1. Press CTRL+N keystroke.
2. Wrote an e-mail address with already stored the address book. When
autocomplete happened, Orca spokened me the autocompleted e-mail

3. Press TAB key. The caret jumps the Subject field, Orca right
announced me to I land the subject field.

My testing environment related informations:
OS: Ubuntu 14.04 development release
Orca version: latest master branch, version number is 3.11.90pre
Thunderbird version: 24.3.0
Locale: hungarian
