[orca-list] Critical problem reading a table in Writer

Hi,

I use latest Debian testing, i.e. Orca 3.14 and LO 4.3.3. I attach for 
you a file I am trying to view with Writer. It's a table, with schedule 
(days from left to right; schedules from top to bottom). I'm unable to 
view with Orca. Can you tell me:
1. Is it an orca/LO bug?
2. Is it easily fixable?
3. What result such a problem?

If easily fixable, I'd ;ike to have some patch for Debian or my own package.
