This isn't an optimal solution, but there is one workaround to get at
Libreoffice comments with Orca:

- From the view menu, check 'navigator'
- This will place you in the element list tree, where you can arrow
down to 'comments', expand the item, and arrow through the list of
comments.
- Hitting enter on one of the comments will move the cursor to its
position and shift focus back to the document.

Hope this helps while we wait for accessibility support to get added.
