[orca-list] Issues with Orca Laptop Keyboard Layout

Hello,

I am using the laptop keyboard layout with the latest snapshot of Orca. 
 When I use the capslock key as a modifier key, it often toggles the 
state of capslock, causing me to inadvertantly type in uppercase.  In 
addition, when I press capslock, it does not tell me capslock on/off.  I 
have toggled the various settings under keyboard echo also.

Overall, however, I am enjoying using Orca.  It seems to have improved 
significantly since I last used it.  Thanks for all your hard work.
