[orca-list] fedora 20 strange problems

Hi,
Yesterday I've installed fedora 20 and wanted give you some feedback.

1. Used orca to install fedora but brltty doesn't start in installed
system automaticaly (no go for enduser).

2. Accessibility of gnome-shell seems unfinished in some cases 
when using flat review.
EG.: press super to open the menu  and try to use flatreview.
Feedback like 
panel panel panel panel panel 
should be more descriptive.

3. orca+space when no menus are open don't work

4. my created user was not in brlapi group 

5. (not a11y related).
I got sound only working by manualy switch pulseaudio card-profile with
pacmd.
gnome-controlcenter sound
mutes my audio output and switches to iec958 and doesn't ofer an
alternate setting there.
