| just out of no where I decided to install Festival so I did, I ran the command echo "hello world"|festival --tts and it spoke. so I have sound, echo speech from terminal, but still no speech from orca, and festival doesn't show up as a speech option in orca prefs. so am I to assume this is a speech dispatcher issue, and how do I fix it?
