Hi Clinton,
I did some digging around and found a lot of stuff that looked like it might
have qt-at-spi, but turned up nothing at all.
I even tried to add a repo that said it had the qt-at-spi package, but that
one threw up an error saying the metadata was bad/non-existant.
How did you add the repo? Try running this:
zypper ar
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:/Qt/openSUSE_12.3/KDE:Qt.repo
Then
zypper in qt-at-spi
