Sadly, the binary iso will probably do little to help port the TTS.
However, if you could provide a link to the source code, there is
probably someone here who can add the necessary build system to it to
make it build and run. Then we could get a speech-dispatcher module
written to make it usable in Orca. Sorry, an apk file probably won't
work either, as the source code itself is the only thing that will be
possible to make fully compatible.
