The binary probably won't help much, as although Android uses a lot of
Linux stuff, the source will likely need to be modified somewhat to run
on GNU/Linux operating systems. It will be necessary to find the source
code for these voices to make them work correctly with speech-dispatcher
and Orca. A speech-dispatcher module will need to be written also.
