In order to make the Android Jelly Bean TTS work with speech-dispatcher
and Orca, the source code is required first and foremost, to make it
build for Linux. Once this happens, and a working build system is put in
place to actually get GCC and make to build it, then a speech-dispatcher
module will need to be written. This can be a generic module for now,
but eventually a native module should be written to work with it. But
this can't be done until there is buildable source code to work with the
system libraries and sound API on a Linux operating system. If the
source code can be found and ported, this TTS would be a great addition
to Linux, speech-dispatcher and Orca.
