[orca-list] trouble with speech dispatcher on ubuntu 13.4

Hi folks,
I just upgraded to ubuntu 13.4.
I'm getting an error with speech dispatcher crashing. it also mentions Espeak.
Now, this is an upgrade, not a fresh install. My helpful friend who
installed 12.10 wanted to install the festival voices, and also
installed speech dispatcher i think. So, I'm wondering if it's even
necessary at all.
Please let me know your thoughts. I'll also search the archives.
