[orca-list] Bluetooth and Braille Displays

Hi folks,

I was evaluating braille displays the other day and may have encountered
a bug with GNOME bluetooth in 3.6.  But I'm not sure.

In bluetooth window, I tell it to recognize the display as '0000' pin
code, and yet when I press to pair, bluetooth still tries to assign a
random PIN code.  

I am not sure if I am doing this wrong or if this is a bug.  Is anyone
else experiencing this?

This was for several devices that I was evaluating.  These devices
connected fine to Windows and Apple devices.
