Hi Andy:
What works for me is pressing the right arrow key three times, then enter after I hear orca say "session manager".  Pressing it four times is restart.  Keep in mind that as you press the right arrow at this point, nothing will be spoken by Orca.  If you have any further questions, feel free to ask.
