very bad a11y support right now and no one appears to be the least bit

stuff is all graphical. You could try exporting to PDF but only if you have
Acrobat installed to ensure maximum accessibility. Then, you will need to
use the Windows VM and Jaws to read the PDF but you should find it more
TBH, I've never had any success reading pdfs in windows (although I
haven't tried particularly hard). Pdftotext seems to work pretty well
for me.
I guess I'll just need to play with the jaws/powerpoint or pdftotext and
see which one works better.
