Who cares?  Too many people use Skype around the world; people who have no
idea what "free software" is.  If you want to interact with them, you have
to use Skype unless you can find something that uses that communication
protocol.  And, if it does, you are still using non-free software anyway so,
why bother?  I seriously doubt you can reach your Aunt Martha or your uncle
George using Ekiga unless they are told about it and such.  You can probably
Skype them though, apps for that everywhere and clients for Skype are
available on all platforms.  And, best of all, everyone's heard of it.

Is all this accessibility trouble with Skype under GNU/Linux incentive
