That was basically my point to Bill if that wasn't very clear. I have
always had good success with LTS releases, and where I sit 13.04
really has nothing to offer me that I don't really have already in
12.04.2. LibreOffice 3.5.7 is working good with Orca, I'm using it on
a daily basis, with little complaint so why get LibreOffice 4.0 which
I've heard has a few issues. Firefox is also working good aside for
the little issue with control+tab not switching tabs. Movie Player,
File Roller, Gedit, and most of the other apps I use daily haven't
changed that much from version to version so I doubt there is some
absolutely compelling need for Raring. I'm personally waiting for
Ubuntu 14 which comes out next year.
