Hi,

I am running an instance of Fedora 19, installed via the live method, 
done without sighted assistance; needed lots of flat review and 
clicking.  If, during the install, you set a root password and user, the 
post-install things that used to be part of Fedora's first boot, are 
done after the installs.  on first launch of the new system, log in as 
the admin user, a 'welcome' thing comes up, that can be dismissed, then, 
run orca, set up the accessibility in GNOME control center, as expected, 
and the system works.
