Hi Luciano,

Let me say that if you are looking for a more accessible and more
stable distribution of Ubuntu you might be far better off downgrading
to 12.04 LTS. Many of us, including myself, have noticed a number of
serious accessibility issues on 12.10 and have elected not to upgrade
to 12.10 for that reason. Unity 3D is not yet fully accessible as you
have noticed, LibreOffice 3.6 is broken accessibility wise, and there
are a few other issues that will give you headaches. That said, if you
must use Ubuntu 12.10 you can do yourself a favor and download and
install Gnome Shell 3.6, downgrade LibreOffice to 3.5, remove Empathy
and replace it with Pidgin, and make any other adjustments to get
Ubuntu 12.10 more accessible. It can be done just not something you
will get from a stock Ubuntu distribution these days.

If you are looking for a distribution you can just install and use I
suggest install Sonar Linux 12.10 which is basically a modified Ubuntu
12.10 distribution with all the accessibility issues resolved for you.
In short, Sonar 12.10 is what Ubuntu 12.10  should be but is not.
